RESUMEN
En este trabajo se presenta la Evaluación Estructural y Funcional del Pavimento Existente comprendido entre El Tramo Glorieta Santander – Bocagrande y Solución De Diseño Para El SITM de La Ciudad de Cartagena. (Bolívar). El estudio nace de la necesidad de conocer la condición actual del pavimento y definir el tipo de intervención a realizar en este tramo. El principal problema que presenta el tramo es su infraestructura vial actual, la cual parece ser insuficiente ante la incursión creciente del transporte público, lo que genera cada día conflictos en los flujos de circulación convirtiendo el sistema de transporte de la ciudad en ineficiente. Con el fin de evaluar el pavimento existente y determinar su estado estructural y funcional teniendo como criterio los términos de referencia de TRANSCARIBE S.A, se realizaron los estudios de; Evaluación estructural por medio de deflectometria, de evaluación funcional obteniendo datos de regularidad superficial utilizando el equipo ROMDAS y de deterioros de pavimento a partir del inventario de daños . También se realizaron estudios exploratorios del subsuelo como apiques y sondeos con el fin de caracterizar geológica y geotécnicamente la zona y obtener los argumentos suficientes para dar soluciones de diseño. En total se llevar a cabo 13 apiques y 17 sondeos espaciados cada 300 y 250m respectivamente. Los resultados obtenidos muestran la falta de capacidad estructural de la vía para soportar las cargas que circularán una vez puesto en marcha el sistema, consecuencia del deterioro de las placas y la erosión que presenta la subbase y subrasante. Por tal motivo se propone la solución en función de alternativas de refuerzo de concreto rígido no adherido sobre pavimento de hormigón y la construcción de una estructura nueva para tramos definidos. Para el desarrollo del presente estudio fue fundamental la información suministrada por la firma de consultoría y geotecnia Emiro Venegas Gómez Ltda.

This paper presents the assessment of the Structure and Function from The Pavement Existing Tranche Glorieta Santander – Bocagrande and design solutions to SITM The City of Cartagena. (Bolivar). The study arises from the need to know the current status of pavement and define the type of intervention to make in this stretch. The main problem that presents the stretch is their current road infrastructure, which appears to be inadequate to the growing incursion of public transport, which generates each day conflicts in the flow of movement becoming the transport system in the city inefficient. In order to evaluate the existing pavement and determine their structural and functional status as a criterion taking the terms of reference of TRANSCARIBE SA, studies were conducted; structural assessment by deflectometria, functional assessment of obtaining data regularly surface using equipment ROMDAS and deterioration of pavement from inventory damage. Were also conducted exploratory studies subsoil as apiques and polls in order to characterize the geological and geotechnical area and get the arguments sufficient to provide design solutions. A total of carrying out 13 and 17 polls apiques spaced every 300 and 250m respectively. The results show a lack of structural capacity of the road to withstand the loads that circulate once implemented the system, a result of deterioration of the plates and erosion that presents the Subba and subrasante. For this reason it is proposed the solution in terms of alternatives to strengthen concrete rigid not acceded on concrete pavement and building a new structure for sections defined. For the development of this study was vital information provided by the consulting firm and geotechnics Emiro Venegas Gomez Ltda.
